HLM Africa together with Turner & Townsend (Pty) Ltd formed part of the Pamoja Capital Consortium appointed by the Gauteng Funding Agency. The appointment was as Transaction Advisor to develop a commercial case for the development of Enterprise Building 3 (EB3) on behalf of the Innovation Hub Management Company.

Using site analysis and sustainability principles as design generators, the building forms a unique silhouette wrapping around a landscaped court. Solar shading and deep reveals to the curtain walling decreased solar heat gain ensuring better building performance.
